          Yes, we are currently accepting new patients.​
 
​2. How can I become a new patient?

          In order to establish care with us, the patient must fill out our patient registrations forms and sign our release of information form that give us permission to request your medical records from your previous provider(s).

3. How long is the typical wait time for an appointment?
          The wait time for new patient appointments will vary depending how quickly our office can obtain your medical records from your previous provider(s). Once we receive your medical records, one of our staff members will reach out to you to schedule an appointment.

4. Do you offer same-day or urgent care appointments?

          Yes we do depending on availability.

5. Do you accept my insurance plan?

          To learn more about which insurance plans we accept, visit us here.

6. What if I don't have insurance?

          For patients that currently have no insurance, please contact our office at 860-337-9800 for more information.

7. What information should I bring with me on the day of my appointment?

          Please bring your ID, insurance card, and medication list if you are currently on medications.

8. Do you offer preventive screenings or physicals?
          Yes, we do. Preventive screenings and physicals are done once a year per insurance regulations.

9. Do you manage chronic conditions like diabetes or hypertension?

          Yes. we do manage chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and more.

10. Can you provide referrals to specialists?

          Yes, we do referrals to specialists.

11. Do you offer telehealth or virtual visits for follow-ups?

          Yes, we do offer telehealth or virtual visit for follow-ups and some sick visits.
